This Privacy Policy explains how 3AKINGS LLC ("3AK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the 3AK application for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, including its widgets (together, the "App"), and our related websites and services.

This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy.

1. Summary

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

Category Examples
Account information Name, email address, username, password (held by our authentication provider, never stored by us in readable form), profile photo, bio
Training profile Goals, events, personal bests, training days, experience level, injuries you report, biological sex, age, height, weight
Community content Posts, comments, replies, likes, reports you file, and photos or videos you choose to share
Support communications Messages you send us and their contents

b) Location data

With your permission, the App uses your device's location to track runs: distance, pace, splits, elevation, and route. You may grant access only while using the App, or always, which lets tracking continue when your screen is locked or you switch apps. A persistent indicator is shown by iOS while background tracking is active.

Routes are stored with your account and shown in your own run history. A route map becomes visible to others only if you choose to share that run to the community or generate a share card.

The App also uses motion and fitness data to estimate treadmill runs when GPS is unavailable.

We do not use your location for advertising, and we do not build a location profile of you outside of the runs you record.

c) Apple Health (HealthKit) data

With your explicit, separate permission, the App reads and writes specific Apple Health data types.

We read: heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, running power, walking and running distance, active energy burned, sleep analysis, workouts, and workout routes. We write: your completed runs as workouts, with their routes, distance, and active energy, so your training appears in the Apple Health app and on Apple Watch.
